Friday, april 12th, 7:00pm-8:30pm "smoothies and food combining" with toni sicola and assisted by andreea Ichim
Learn how to make delicious smoothies according to the guidelines of correct food combining. By making good combinations, we better benefit from the highly nutritive ingredients by enhancing our digestion and thereby absorption of the nutrients. We'll talk about how to make a balanced meal out of your smoothie and which herbs and foods to add for specific purposes like a seasonal or a heavy metal metal detox. We'll be sampling at least 3 different smoothies and give you recipes to take home!

TBA: "Cultivating the imagination" with Dr. Dan Gaylinn
Dr. Dan Gaylinn will guide us through an exploration of the imagination, beginning with the famous works of Henri Corbin, Emmanuel Swedenborg, and James Hillman, who all explored how the 'imaginal faculties' can be cultivated for personal and spiritual development; fostering creativity, insight, intuition, and nonverbal communication. Attendees of this event will then be guided through three experiential exercises that stimulate the imagination and foster its ongoing cultivation.
