With a focus on small class sizes of six or less, yoga at Integrative Wellness focuses on you! Our teachers are able to give lots of individual attention, helping you to align properly in the various poses and offer modifications for your skill and comfort level.
Our studio style is a slow hatha flow, meaning that we tend to hold poses for longer periods of time and encourage students to focus on breath and alignment within each individual pose.
